Bank House is in the Conservation area of Yoxford, a village in an area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty and part of the Heritage CoastLine. It was built in about 1830 and has many interesting features including exposed brickwork, beams and oiriginal doors. The property has had a varied history: early on it was used by a watch-maker (a trade for which the village was famous in the 19th Century). The room which is now the study/entrance area was previously used as a school before becoming the bank for the village at around 1900

  • Bedlinen is provided, but not towels, and gas central heating and electricity is included in the price.
  • Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms- 2 twin- bedded and a double (leading off one of the twin-bedded rooms, and a toilet/wash room.
  • Downstairs, there is a living room, dining room, morning room and kitchen, as well as the study, a bathroom/WC and a conservatory.
  • There is a TV, video, fridge, gas cooker and microwave. In the outhouses there are a washing machine and tumble drier and table tennis table.
