Deposit of £100 on reservation, with the balance due eight weeks before letting. A separate security deposit of £50 is required to cover possibility of damage, breakage (in excess of ordinary wear and tear) or special cleaning requirements. Terms and Conditions of Hire

  1. Charges per week include bedlinen, gas and electricity. Dogs are not allowed and smoking is not permitted 
  2. The maximum number of people who may occupy the property is 6 people unless agreed with the owners otherwise 
  3. The start time for lets is 3pm on Saturday afternoon and users must vacate the premises by 10am the following Saturday morning.
  4.  If the letting is cancelled by the holiday maker , the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is within the last four weeks 50% of the rest will be refunded, but no refund if the cancellation is within the last 7 days. If the balance of payment is not paid four weeks prior to the letting date, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and accept an alternative booking. If the property becomes unavailable for any reason, the full amount will be refunded, but the owner’s liability will be limited to this refund. 
  5. The hirer is responsible for maintaining the level of cleanliness and tidiness of the premises and must leave the property, fittings and utensils in the same condition as on arrival. 
  6. The refundable security deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday less an allowance for damages or excessive cleaning charges should this be necessary. The hirer is responsible for any damage and breakages caused by the occupants of the property 
  7. Every care is taken to ensure that all equipment is in working order, but the owners cannot be responsible for breakdown of any equipment during the holiday. 
  8. The right of access to the property is retained by the owners and their agents 
  9. The applicant agrees to the above conditions on behalf of all members of the party listed above
